When are the rental items picked up?
The day after the event, unless otherwise discussed.
Do you deliver to my area?
Please see delivery coverage areas listed on website. If you do not see your town listed, please call :774-259-4377
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $50-$100 deposit is required at the time of reservation depending on the size of the order.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
The event can be switched to a different date, depending on availibility of items. If the order is canceled, the deposit will be held in the form of a store credit.
Do I have to clean up and/or breakdown rental items?
Rental items must be free of food/trash. Tables and chairs must be stacked as delivered and ready for pick-up. Lights and decorations must be removed from poles.
Can I decorate the tent?
No items can be attached to the tent canvas or sides. Lights or streamers may be used on poles but removed before pick up. No staples/ stickers / nails etc. that can damage the equipment.
What size tent should I order?
Tent size is determined by the size of the space available to set-up and by the number of guests planned to attend the event. All other details should be discussed with us. We are available to measure the area if needed. Please call : 774-259-4377
Can a tent be set up on surfaces other than grass?
Yes, frame style tents can also be set-up on pavement or patios but require space for watter barrels. Water must be available on site. Pole tents can be set-up on pavement, but must be staked. (see rental contract)
